Prappas is the NCHA Offensive Player of the Week for the second time in his career after playing the hero role for the Thunder as the team pulled a late comeback victory over nationally-ranked St. Norbert on Saturday. With under two minutes remaining in the game Prappas scored the team’s second goal of the night to force overtime at 2-2. Then in the opening minutes of the extra period he poked the puck past a Green Knight defender and went the length of the ice for the game winner against the No. 12 team in the country. He led the team with three points (2G/1A) on the weekend, adding an assist on Friday to help the Thunder improve to 8-6-0 in league play and 13-7-1 overall. The team remains in the “receiving votes” category of the USCHO.com national Top 15 poll.

Muise is selected as the NCHA Defensive Player of the Week for the second consecutive week - marking the fourth time this season and the sixth time in his career. Muise had another big weekend leading Marian to four points against No. 5 Aurora. Muise made 31 saves in an overtime loss in the opener of the series. He then held the Spartans to just one goal making 32 saves in a regulation victory. He also had his second career assist in the finale of the series. Muise closed out the weekend with a 2.95 goals-against average to go with a .913 save percentage. Aurora entered the series as the sixth-best scoring offense in the nation averaging 4.26 goals per game.
