Isaacson is the NCHA Offensive Player of the Week after posting the biggest statline across the league while her team went 1-0-1 on the weekend against Marian University. Isaacson completed the second hat trick of her career (all by 8:16 of the second period) in Saturday’s win against the Sabres. She then added another goal to become the first Trine hockey player to record four goals in a single game. The team finished the game with a 5-1 victory, its third win in conference play this year - already one more than a year ago during the Thunder’s inaugural league campaign. The weekly honor is the third of her young career.

Pattengale is the NCHA Defensive Player of the Week for the fourth time in her collegiate career, posting a 1-0-1 mark on the weekend in a series against St. Norbert College. She made 35 total saves for a .921 save percentage, adding a 1.44 goals-against average while recording 17 stops in the opening 5-1 win and 18 more in the second game - a 2-2 overtime finish.

Editor’s note: There will be no NCHA Weekly Release next week, due to the light schedule (just 6 games with 4 teams playing). The next release will come out Dec. 4, 2018.
