It was another wild Saturday night around the NCHA, with high-scoring affairs on both sides of the league!

On the men’s side, No. 1 Adrian bounced back from its first defeat in over a year with a 4-2 win over Marian. In other games involving ranked teams, No. 4 St. Norbert took care of Lawrence by a final score of 7-3 and No. 12 Aurora laid a big number on Finlandia, claiming a 10-3 blowout.

Lake Forest earned a nice non-conference win over Stout, 5-4, and Concordia Wisconsin topped Trine by a final score of 5-2.

On the women’s side, it was three lopsided affairs and one thriller, with Concordia Wisconsin taking the 1-0 victory over Trine to get things rolling.

In the other three games, it was St. Norbert big over Lawrence (10-0, with Natalie Hogan setting a school record with 6 points! 2G/4A), No. 7 Adrian past Marian (9-1), and No. 15 Aurora topping Finlandia by a final score of 7-0.
