Black earns NCHA Offensive Player of the Week honors after a five-point weekend (2G/3A) that helped St. Norbert build its lead atop the Northern Division standings. He added a pair of assists and another goal in the big third period to put it away. Black then had an assist in Saturday’s 3-2 victory over Trine.

Black picks up the sixth NCHA Defensive Player of the Week honors of his career - and second of the season - following an impressive 2-0 weekend in goal. He finished with 22 saves in Friday’s 7-0 victory over nationally-ranked Adrian, the first shutout for either team in the St. Norbert-Adrian series and the 18th of his career. He then posted 29 more saves in Saturday’s 3-2 win over Trine. For the weekend, he posted a 1.00 GAA and a .962 save percentage.
