Romund is the first Raider to earn NCHA Offensive Player of the Week honors this season after compiling a five-point (3G/2A) weekend that helped MSOE leapfrog Concordia University Wisconsin in the standings with a weekend sweep of the Falcons. On Friday, he scored the opener, assisted the goal that gave his team a 2-1 lead and then set up the go-ahead goal again at 3-2 before MSOE pulled out the 4-3 win. Saturday, Romund lit the lamp early and then capped the victory with an insurance goal late in the 5-3 victory, completing the move up to fourth place in the standings.

Hellems is the NCHA Defensive Player of the Week after playing a big role on both sides of the ice as Adrian clinched the South Division Championship and home ice for quarterfinals and semifinals with a pair of wins. Defensively, the Bulldogs allowed 20 shots to Lake Forest College Friday, followed by just 16 to Aurora University Saturday. On offense, Hellems contributed a huge 3-1-4 line, starting with the game-winner Friday (at 4-3), followed by an insurance marker in the third. Saturday, he assisted the game-winner and once again added a late goal in the 3-1 victory.
