ASHWAUBENON, Wis. -- The Augsburg University men's hockey team scored the first goal of the game, but then gave up six unanswered goals by host St. Norbert College in a 6-1 nonconference setback on Saturday afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED

Grant Reichenbacher (FY, Verona, Wis./Madison Edgewood HS) opened the game with his ninth goal of the season at the 9:53 mark of the first period, assisted by
Jarod Blackowiak (FY, Eden Prairie, Minn./Eden Prairie HS) and
Matt Hines (SO, Minnetonka, Minn./Hopkins HS).
• St. Norbert tied the game with a goal late in the first period, took the lead with a goal midway through the second period, then scored four goals, including a shorthanded marker, in the final frame.
• Augsburg was outshot by a 34-21 margin in the game, with goalie
Daniil Gerasimov (JR, Moscow, Russia/State School 1944) recording 28 saves for the Auggies.
FOR THE FOES
• Tim Nicksic scored a goal with two assists for St. Norbert, while Peter Bates, Peyton Frantti and Ben Schmidling had a goal and assist each.
• Colby Entz had 20 saves in goal for the Green Knights.
